In 1997 a group of professionals, experts in the property development field, decided to unite their efforts and illusions to create a new company.
This group composed of architects, technical architects, engineers, technical engineers and designers all with expertise in the real estate world and capable of finding the most creative, original, innovating and direct solutions.
So, PROMOCIONES MICENAS was born, with one joint proposition: on top of everything else, exclusivity, design and quality.
After an initial introduction and consolidation period, came the time to grow and branch out by forming new companies, PROMOCIONES DELFOS Y PROMOCIONES CRETA both of which today form part of GRUPO MICENAS, contributing to generate employment and counting on more than a hundred collaborators.
